I love smoothie bowls – basically a smoothie that you eat like soup and top with all manner of lovely things. Another one that takes a matter of minutes and are super versatile allowing you to use what you have to hand in your fridge freezer.
The acai berry is rich in essential B vitamins and therefore known for strengthening your immune system, has anti ageing benefits and is helpful in supporting the body in detoxification.
“Acai berry is a rich in vitamins and minerals. It contains vitamin A, E and vitamin C. Amongst minerals acai berries contain calcium, iron, potassium and sodium.” (1)
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100g frozen blackberries
- 2 teaspoons of acai powder
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- Add all but the blueberries to your blender and mix until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl and top with blueberries.
