Everything you want in a brownie - fudgey โ€˜just cookedโ€™ middles, crisp crust and made with real food only. Also the recipe is no nonsense and was achieved with the โ€˜helpโ€™ of my 6 year old who thought she was on Bake Off and while I had a one year old strapped to my back pulling my hair. Winner!

I donโ€™t always have time to exercise properly and I donโ€™t sleep enough and but I can make sure I eat properly (especially if youโ€™re responsible for feeding another from your own body) Summer months make it easy to sit in the garden with a smoothie and take five minutes although today the birds have been interrupted by Huntingdon Councils recycling trucks and my swearing as  I remember I forgot to put mine out ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Whizzed up in a @nutribulletuk until smooth (might need a bit longer than normal to blend the passionfruit seeds)
