Paleo Pancakes

These pancakes are paleo as they contain no flour or any other processed ingredient. 


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


    1. Peel the banana and add to a blender with the eggs and cinnamon.
    2. Mix until combined.
    3. Heat a large non stick frying pan and add a table spoon of coconut oil.
    4. Drop large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan to make the pancakes and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
    5. Serve with our Blackberry and Lime Chia Jam.
K&H Tip
Replace the cinnamon with a table spoon of cacao powder to make a chocolate version!
