These pancakes are paleo as they contain no flour or any other processed ingredient.
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Peel the banana and add to a blender with the eggs and cinnamon.
- Mix until combined.
- Heat a large non stick frying pan and add a table spoon of coconut oil.
- Drop large spoonfuls of the batter into the pan to make the pancakes and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with our Blackberry and Lime Chia Jam.
