If you like Pina Colada’s…..for breakfast! Yes! This is for you. 


  • 60g frozen pineapple
  • 40g frozen mango
  • 150ml coconut milk
  • 80ml coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil


    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
K&H Tip
Can’t see why you couldn’t add a bit of rum to this for an alcoholic version…not for breakfast though!
