A great smoothie for any time of the day. Chia seeds may be tiny but they are packed full of nutrients, prized as a source of sustainable energy and hailed as one of the planets healthiest foods. They are therefore a brilliant addition to your morning smoothie.
- 60g frozen pineapple
- 60g frozen mango
- 100ml coconut milk
- 120g coconut yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon white chia seeds
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
