Pineapple, Mango and Chia Smoothie

A great smoothie for any time of the day. Chia seeds may be tiny but they are packed full of nutrients, prized as a source of sustainable energy and hailed as one of the planets healthiest foods. They are therefore a brilliant addition to your morning smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 60g frozen pineapple
  • 60g frozen mango
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 120g coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon white chia seeds

Method

    1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
K&H Tip
When using freestanding blenders or smoothie makers add the liquid first – this makes blending much easier!
