Raspberry Sorbet

A summer staple in our house! This one is two ingredients and very easy. 


  • 350g frozen raspberries
  • 25ml honey
  • 100ml hot water


    1. Add your frozen fruit to a high speed blender and blitz until all the fruit is broken up.
    2. Add your honey and water and blitz again until smooth.
    3. Transfer to a metal container (I use a loaf tin) and freeze until just set (3-4 hours).
    4. Using a spatular remove the sorbet in chunks (it should come out easily and in only a few bits) and blend again.
    5. Refreeze until set.

You can do this with any frozen fruit!
