A summer staple in our house! This one is two ingredients and very easy.
- 350g frozen raspberries
- 25ml honey
- 100ml hot water
- Add your frozen fruit to a high speed blender and blitz until all the fruit is broken up.
- Add your honey and water and blitz again until smooth.
- Transfer to a metal container (I use a loaf tin) and freeze until just set (3-4 hours).
- Using a spatular remove the sorbet in chunks (it should come out easily and in only a few bits) and blend again.
- Refreeze until set.
